Warranty Information

Permit Responsibilities
Polar Cooling and Heating obtains required permits for HVAC installations while customers secure any necessary property permissions.
Dispute Resolution
Any HVAC service disputes will first be addressed through direct communication with our management team.
Modification of Terms
Polar Cooling and Heating may update these terms as HVAC regulations and business practices change over time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where HVAC services are performed by Polar Cooling and Heating.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the complete agreement between customers and Polar Cooling and Heating regarding all HVAC services.
